Contact forms and website
When you spontaneously contact us by filling out one of the forms on our site, we collect the following personal data: first name, last name, telephone numbers, email address, comment you send us, IP address and user agent of your browser. This data that you communicate to us may be stored in order to allow us to contact you, to send you information and, in general, in the legitimate interest of our activity.
Comments made on forms can be verified using an automated spam detection service.

Cookies
If you have an account and log into our site, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.
When you log in, we set a number of cookies to store your login information and screen preferences. The lifetime of a login cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted.
Data collected during support
During the course of our support, you provide us with a series of personal data among the following data and without this list being exhaustive: first name, last name, telephone numbers, personal address, email address, national number, education, languages spoken, profession, function, employer, first name, last name, place and date of birth of your children, state of your assets and your respective income, banking and insurance contract data, information of a fiscal nature, relating to your health or that of of your children, data relating to the education or studies of your children, personal interests and hobbies, opinions, personal data relating to relatives, etc.
All these data are collected for the sole purpose of enabling us to ensure the proper execution of our mediation and accompaniment services for couples, as well as in general in the legitimate interest of our activity.
Processing of your data
Your personal data is only accessible and processed by us, Valérie Claeys and Yves Dinsart° (pr UpWind srl). We do not use any form of subcontracting. We are both aware of the confidentiality of this data, the legitimate use of it and the security of it.
Your personal data stored in electronic form is stored, via the cloud, on servers in a secure data center located in the territory of the European Union.
Sharing your data
Your personal data will never be transferred for commercial purposes. They will not be shared with any third party, except with express prior agreement on your part or if this is required by law.
Duration of storage of your data
The personal data of the customers in our possession are kept for a period of 5 years following the end of the support, after which they are destroyed. When the relationship with a client ends, his data is archived in archive registers separate from the active registers.
Rights you have over your data
As a customer, you can request to receive free of charge a file containing the list of all the personal data that we have about you, including the list of those that you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of personal data concerning you. However, this does not take into account the data that we keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
